Returns

At Addicted Apparel, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure you’re happy with the product you have received.

If you are not fully satisfied with the fit or appearance of a product upon receiving it, we’re happy to offer an exchange for store credit of equal value . ( The product must be in pristine, original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and barcodes intact, free from fragrances, marks, or any non-clothing materials such as pet hair, products are eligible for return only within 30 days of the purchase date. )

Addicted Apparel is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing error, in which case it would be considered a ' REFUND '.

Addicted Apparel is not responsible for returns lost in transit or for incorrect items sent to our warehouse. Once your return has been received and processed, the value of the item will be issued as store credit.

Please note that store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code equivalent to the value of the returned item.

Refunds 
 

If an item has a manufacturing fault, we will gladly issue either a full refund to the original payment method or store credit of equal value, depending on your preference, the refund process must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Addicted Apparel will cover the return shipping cost for any item found to have a manufacturing fault. A list of common manufacturing faults can be found in the "Read More" section below; however, this list is not exhaustive. If you believe your item has a different issue, please complete the form provided  and our team will investigate accordingly. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to shipment as proof of condition, in order to prevent and address any dishonest claims.

Once the product has been safely returned to Addicted Apparel, the customer will receive a refund either via store credit or the original payment method, depending on the customer’s choice. ( Products must be returned in the condition they were received—unworn, unwashed, with tags and barcodes intact, free from fragrances, marks, or any non-clothing materials such as pet hair. Manufacturing faults in clothing refer to defects that occur during the production of garments, affecting their quality, appearance, fit, or durability. These faults can arise at any stage of the clothing production process—fabrication, cutting, sewing, finishing, or packaging. 1. Fabric Defects Holes or Tears: Accidental damage during fabric handling or production. Snags or Pulls: Threads pulled out due to poor weaving or rough handling. Color Fading or Uneven Dyeing: Inconsistent color due to poor dyeing techniques or low-quality dye. Pilling: Fabric surface forming small balls of fiber prematurely. Misprints or Pattern Mismatches: Printed designs misaligned or distorted. 2. Stitching Defects Loose Threads: Threads not properly trimmed or tied off. Skipped Stitches: Sewing machine fails to form a complete stitch. Broken or Weak Seams: Seams that come apart easily due to poor stitching or weak thread. Uneven Stitching: Inconsistent stitch length or tension, affecting appearance and strength. 3. Sizing and Fit Issues Incorrect Sizing Labels: Label does not match actual garment measurements. Uneven Sleeves or Legs: One sleeve or pant leg longer than the other. Poor Fit: Garments too tight, too loose, or misshapen due to incorrect cutting or sewing. 4. Construction Errors Incorrect Panel Assembly: Wrong parts of the garment stitched together (e.g. sleeves on the wrong sides). Misaligned Zippers or Buttons: Functional components not properly aligned. Asymmetry: Unintended unevenness in design (e.g., neckline, shoulders). 5. Finishing Defects Stains or Marks: From oil, ink, or handling during production. Untrimmed Threads: Hanging threads left on the garment. Improper Pressing: Garments look wrinkled or have pressing marks. Incomplete Hemming or Seams: Hems not fully stitched or sealed. 6. Labeling & Packaging Errors Wrong Labels or Tags: Size, care instructions, or branding incorrect.

Full Return / Refund Process

Please note that refunds/returns will ONLY be accepted if the proper return/refund procedure is followed. To ensure a smooth and successful return/refund, please carefully complete each of the following steps:

  1. Fill out the appropriate return/refund form depending on your situation.
     

  2. Wait for a response and approval from the Addicted Apparel team. We will assess your request and confirm whether your return/refund has been approved.
     

  3. Once your refund/return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on what information to include on your packaging to ensure it is returned safely to Addicted Apparel.
     

  4. Ship your package with Australia Post, ensuring all item(s) are securely packaged.
     

  5. After shipping your package click HERE ( form in the Contact section ) and fill out the required information, including your order number. Then, in the text box provided, please add your tracking number and confirm the address you sent the package to so we can monitor the shipment.

We kindly ask that no items are sent back before receiving approval from our team, as unapproved returns may not be processed or accepted. Once the product has been safely returned to Addicted Apparel, the customer will receive reimbursement via store credit if it was a return, or store credit/full refund to the original payment method at the discretion of the customer if it was a refund.

Lastly, please ensure you have reviewed our Returns and Refunds Policy in full to understand all eligibility requirements, conditions, and timelines. Following these steps carefully helps prevent confusion and allows us to resolve your request as efficiently as possible.
